Alhamdulillah, with gratitude to Allah, we shall inform you today about the blissful activities of the Overseas Program participants from the AL-WILDAN ISLAMIC SCHOOL.

On Friday, a special day for Muslims, the participants engaged in several activities that support their spiritual, academic, and physical development. Here we provide you with some details for those activities:

1. Subuh Prayer in Jamaah ✅

At dawn, the participants prayed subuh in jamaah at the nearest masjid. This act of worship is important to boost their faith and sense of brotherhood at the beginning of the day. The act of prayer in jamaah also strengthens their friendship and solidarity.

2. Morning Zikr ✅

The participants recited morning zikr after subuh prayer. At dawn, the peaceful atmosphere of zikr recitation calmed their hearts. This zikr session is an important moment for the students to contemplate Allah’s mightiness, pledge His protection, and start the day with His blessings. Morning zikr is a significant part of the student’s spiritual character development, allowing them to grow as grateful Muslims and consistently remember Allah.

3. Advice and Guidance ✅

Advice and guidance session in the morning was a valuable moment for them. The participants listened to the advice and guidance provided by their mentors to help them develop noble Islamic characters. The guidance is presented to push them to be more disciplined and responsible Muslims. The guidance also motivated the students to face the daily challenges of studying in a foreign land.

4. Room Cleaning✅

Lessons of discipline and a sense of responsibility are implemented by room cleaning activities. The students are taught the importance of keeping rooms and environments clean. Keeping the room clean and tidy is part of a Muslim’s faith. This activity also aimed to develop students’ independence and grow their sense of responsibility to maintain their space.

5. Online Study Sessions✅

During the Overseas Program, the students are privileged to have study sessions in the Islamic University of Medina, one of the most renowned Islamic Universities in the world. Here the students learned the Quran and Arabic from expert scholars and lecturers. This activity will further deepen their understanding of the Quran and increase their proficiency in Arabic. Through these learning sessions, we hope the students have enough skills to further their Islamic studies in the future.

6. Friday Prayer✅

Performing Friday prayer in the holy land is an outstanding opportunity for the students. They felt the warmth of performing the prayer with their brethren from various countries in the world. We hope this activity lays a fertile ground for them to nurture their faith and sense of Islamic brotherhood globally.

7. Sports✅

After participating in various academic and spiritual activities, the students engaged in the afternoon sports activities to mark the end of their busy day. A healthy body is essential to support them facing the daily challenges of learning. With sports, students can relieve their stress, keep their bodies healthy, and strengthen both their teamwork skills and friendship outside the classroom.

Through these spiritual, academic, and physical activities, the AL-WILDAN ISLAMIC SCHOOL overseas program aims to develop educated, healthy, and faithful students. This combination is important to nurture a healthy and faithful generation that excels in academic fields.
